Welcome to GaviceMP Mobile App A.K.A GMP!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GMP Mobile App, including all features, functionalities, and services provided therein (collectively referred to as the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services within the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GMP.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 16 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations; - Infringe upon the rights of others; - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App; - Transmit any harmful or malicious code, viruses, or malware; - Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

3. Account Registration

In order to access certain features or services within the App, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without the express written consent of GMP.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GMP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GMP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF GMP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

GMP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
